All PowerWorld products come with a software lock. This page is provided to give you access to the key to your software lock using your Customer Account User Name and Product Identification. Note: you can also use your User name and Product ID to download software patches off our Patch Download page (see Patch Download to the left).

Please provide your Customer Account User Name and Product Identification.  If you do not know your Customer Account User Name and Product Identification, please contact PowerWorld Corporation at support@powerworld.com.

Important: By default, the key provided will correspond to the most recent version of software that you are licensed to use. Customers with current support and maintenance agreements will receive keys to unlock the most recent version of software shipped.

Postpone Update: If you have a current support and maintenance agreement, but have not yet transitioned to the most recent version, mark the box below to hold off on upgrading and to download a key for the previous version instead. We recommend you upgrade as soon as possible.

Customers who purchase new add-ons after initially unlocking the software will require a new license key to unlock the new add-ons. See this page for instructions on changing the license key.
